[Libva] [PATCH 0/2] Simplify and fix MI_FLUSH_DW for Gen6+

Hi,

This patch series simplifies intel_batchbuffer_emit_mi_flush() for the
BSD ring, while also providing a minor fix for Broadwell.

Note: there are additional things that could be simplified. Please
have a look at it afterwards.
