[Libva] replacement for player-ffmpeg-yami

Hi all:
As you may know, we have ffmpeg wrapper for libyami locate at https://github.com/01org/player-ffmpeg-yami. It is just a reference code for you, not maintain actively. Now we find a better replacement for this project. If you want libyami wrapper for ffmpeg, you can look at https://github.com/01org/ffmpeg_libyami. It have better support, well tested and support almost all features in libyami. You can try it:)
