[LightDM] Is it time to re-factor yet :^)

Are the APIs/ABIs of lightdm stablized now?
My GtkBuilder-based greeter is broken for some time and I don't have
time yet to fix it.
When APIs are stable enough, I want to take some time and to get my
greeter fixed.
