OK, so the next step is understanding your requirements.

1. What OS is this on?
2. What sort of seats do you expect to have? i.e. do we support a) multiple
video cards b) dynamic pluggable devices like Pluggable hubs?
3. Are you using udev so devices are tagged with XDG_SEAT?
