[LightDM] Scripts in Xsession.d don't take effect in LightDM

Yes, it is. The lightdm greeter doesn't start it's own Xsession, so you
need to use lightdm.conf to configure display-setup-script or
greeter-setup-script.
The Xsession.d/ scripts are executed once the user logs in, it is executed
similiarily to ~/.Xsession.
