[LightDM] lightdm 1.10.3 released

This is a stable update in the 1.10 series that contains an important fix
for a regression introduced in 1.10.2 [1]. All users of 1.10.3 should
immediately upgrade.

Overview of changes in lightdm 1.10.3

    * Fix crash when having configuration keys defined in multiple places
    * Allow user switching in multi-seat until bug stopping greeter showing
on
      logout is fixed
    * Don't access .dmrc files until information from these files is
required
    * Do timed autologin each time you are returned to the greeter
