[LightDM] type xlocal vs. xremote

Hi Wolfgang,

An 'xlocal' seat is a seat where the X server is run by LightDM on that
machine (normal desktop case).
An 'xremote' seat is a seat where the X server is on a remote server. The
session is run on the local server and connects to the remote X server.
This is not a common use case anymore.
