[LightDM] Different [Seat] sections for different display types?

I wasn't able to figure out how to make this work with seats.  I ended
up just creating a new session type that uses xdpyinfo to figure out
whether it's running in VNC and starts MATE or Plasma accordingly.  It's
a bit of a hack, but it works for my use case.
