Summary: R300G : Regression, Transparency in KDE effects is
corrupted
Product: Mesa
Version: git
Platform: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS/Version: Linux (All)
Status: NEW
Severity: major
Priority: medium
Component: Other
AssignedTo: mesa-dev at lists.freedesktop.org
ReportedBy: maxijac at free.fr
Hi,
This report concerns R300G, please change the target component if it should be
in another category.
Build from git (e3a0e46), configured with --with-state-trackers=dri,glx
--with-dri-drivers=r300 --enable-gallium-radeon --prefix=/usr --disable-egl
--disable-glu --disable-glw --disable-glut --disable-gallium-swrast
--disable-gallium-nouveau --disable-gallium-svga --disable-gallium-i915
--disable-gallium-i965 --disable-gallium-r600 --disable-gallium-llvm
This is a regression (about 3 weeks ago it worked). I tried to bisect it but I
think some weird bug in my KDE (or in my way to do it...) prevents me to do it
in a convenient way...
If you have an advice on the way to proceed to bisect and easily test, please
tell me. I don't want to always make , delete my whole kde settings, run KDE
from root's call to init level change etc...
(The way I was doing was to use LIBGL_DRIVERS_PATH=... startx in a vt but I was
not able to correctly use it. I may try again if I have time)
