I've realised I need to do more work on TXF, since it takes an offset
on all the hardware I've surveyed, and also in NV_gpu_program4, so
I'll probably have to define it to take an extra parameter for the
offset.

I've started working on it, but it'll be tomorrow before I can push
the patches + test.
