[Mesa-dev] Patch: Fix building mesa with llvm 3.0

I could not compile mesa with llvm 3.0 from svn.
So i made this patch which fixes the issue: http://pastebin.com/1Y19vrFf

Is this a proper patch? Or should there be more version checking with  
#if for it?
