I downloaded it from:

Extract it. Make it with: "make linux-x86-64".

But then...what? 

On the build folder (lib64) I have the following:
libOpenVG.so -> libOpenVG.so.1
libOpenVG.so.1 -> libOpenVG.so.1.0.0
libOpenVG.so.1.0.0
