Oh Mesa won't complain until I push those bits...  Ian can you take a
look at my mesa patch and make sure it's ok before I push?  I'll do new
glproto and dri2proto releases today assuming those bits are good, then
push the Mesa fix; Keith will have to pull in the X fixes.
