dri builds are fine with this, but

	./configure --prefix=/usr --mandir=\${prefix}/share/man \
	             --infodir=\${prefix}/share/info --sysconfdir=/etc \
	             --libdir=\${prefix}/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu \
	             --localstatedir=/var --build=x86_64-linux-gnu
--disable-egl --with-gallium-drivers= --with-driver=xlib CFLAGS="-Wall
-g -O2" CXXFLAGS="-Wall -g -O2"

fails with

configure: error: conditional "HAVE_XCB_GLX_CREATE_CONTEXT" was never defined.
Usually this means the macro was only invoked conditionally.


osmesa builds with these configure options also fail the same way

	./configure --prefix=/usr --mandir=\${prefix}/share/man \
	             --infodir=\${prefix}/share/info --sysconfdir=/etc \
	             --libdir=\${prefix}/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu \
	             --localstatedir=/var --build=x86_64-linux-gnu
--disable-egl --with-gallium-drivers= --with-driver=osmesa
--disable-glu  CFLAGS="-Wall -g -O2" CXXFLAGS="-Wall -g -O2"
