I've updated some links, some outdated infos etc.

Anyone:
Could you point out some obsolete content in docs that I can get rid of?
Because I'm not so familiar with the technical details yet.

Brian:
Could you by any chance synchronize the docs in git with the http://www.mesa3d.org webspace
after applying this patch series?
There have been a lot of changes by now.
