[Mesa-dev] [PATCH] libgl-gdi: Prevent "pure virtual method called" error when.

When running piglit w/ llvmpipe on Windows several tests terminate
abnormally just when the test exits.

The problem was that LLVMContextDispose was being called
after LLVM global destructors.
