[Mesa-dev] Plan to release mesa-demos 8.3.0

Hi,

indeed I'm preparing for a new release.
I'd like to make a new mesa-demos release mainly to pick up the build
fix against mesa >= 10.6.0 and the latest glxinfo.

I'm planning to make the release on Wednesday 9th December if there
are no objections.
