[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 3/4] drirc: add workarounds for Unigine Tropics v2

- improve the comment by telling we disable GL_ARB_gpu_shader5
- fix the name ARB_GL_gpu_shader5 to GL_ARB_gpu_shader5 (Ilia)
