That's the pre-transformed shader.

There's some disabled debug code in draw_pipe_aaline.c that prints the 
TGSI frag shader before/after transformation.

The mesa-demos/src/tests/line-sample.c test will hit all the 
wide/aa/stippled line variants.  The aa lines will use texture mapping.

Also try mesa-demos/src/tests/texline.c.  It draws textured lines and 
there's keyboard options to toggle AA, point/line drawing, stippling, 
multi-texture, etc.
