[Mesa-dev] [PATCH v3 0/6] port _mesa_strto[df] to C

Here's the third version of this series (previsou version was
posted as [1]). A couple of typos in patch 4 was fixed, an
incorrectly squashed hunk was removed from patch 5. And finally,
patch 7 was skipped completely.
