[Mesa-dev] Where to find MAPI_TABLE_NUM_STATIC & MAPI_TABLE_NUM_DYNAMIC

Looks like both symbols are defined in 
src/mapi/shared-glapi/glapi_mapi_tmp.h which is generated at compile 
time by the src/mapi/mapi_abi.py script.
