[Mesa-dev] re-visit oes_geometry_shader patches

Due to my involvement in recent trigger happy merging incidents, I am now afraid to merged below patches that all has only one reviewer:

I have tested piglit and Khronos CTS without regressions.

If there are no objections to above patches I will merge them tomorrow afternoon, CET.
