[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 5/5] egl: android: enable EGL_FRAMEBUFFER_TARGET_ANDROID and EGL_RECORDABLE_ANDROID

Set EGL_FRAMEBUFFER_TARGET_ANDROID and EGL_RECORDABLE_ANDROID config
attributes to true for Android. These are required in Marshmallow. There
may be more needed to really support these, but this is enough to get
things working.
