Seems to be fixed in master (11.2-branchpoint-233-g9ec2467)

    softpipe,llvmpipe: fix PIPE_SHADER_CAP_MAX_INPUTS value

    PIPE_MAX_SHADER_INPUTS was recently bumped to 80 because of tessellation.
