[Mesa-dev] [RFC PATCH] GBM: Add map/unmap functions

I run a buildtest in our CI to help Intel engineers avoid breaking the
builds for other Mesa targets.
With this commit, it produces:

The configure args are:
./autogen.sh --enable-gbm --with-egl-platforms=x11,drm --enable-glx-tls
--enable-gles1 --enable-gles2
--with-gallium-drivers=i915,svga,swrast,r300,r600,radeonsi,nouveau
--enable-debug
