[Mesa-dev] Lets try that again. Proposal for merging GL dispatch (aka glthread)

Hi all,

There hasn't been any major comments on V2 of the series [1] so I'll 
assume that's a good thing.

It seemed the biggest objection to not merging V1 was that some piglit 
tests were crashing, since that has been addressed I'm proposing we 
merge V2 as is.

The only opposition to merging V1 seemed to come from some Intel dev's 
and since there is no plan to enable it there I don't see anything else 
that should block this.
