With lollipop radeonsi is gone because of llvm 3.5.2, swrast is currently
based on softpipe in mesa-dev,
but we mantained WuZhen patches in android-x86 branches

In case there are consistent and agreed plans to enable llvmpipe in mesa
17.2.0 we could keep it,
what do you say Chih-Wei?
