[Mesa-dev] [PATCH v4 3/4] st/mesa: Add support for ARB_post_depth_coverage

Changes since v3:
- Add logic to the GL plumbing to implicitly enable early_fragment_tests
  for the fragment shader when post_depth_coverage is enabled.
