[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 2/2] panfrost: Kill the panfrost_driver abstraction

The non-drm backend is gone and there's no plan to bring it back to
life. Let's get rid of the panfrost_driver abstraction and call the
panfrost_drm_xxx() functions directly.
