[Mesa-dev] [ANNOUNCE] mesa 20.0.3

Hi all,

I'd like to announce the release of Mesa 20.0.3.

Quite a busy cycle again, with fixes all over the tree, but nothing
extraordinary; mostly AMD (radv, aco), NIR and Intel (isl, anv), as
expected.
