[Mesa-dev] [ANNOUNCE] mesa 20.0.3

"spirv: Implement OpCopyObject and OpCopyLogical as blind copies" was reverted yesterday
due to the failures in several dEQP-VK tests, see:

I'm not sure if it's already known or how important it is, but I'd better say it than not.
