Oh, maybe I just missed them - last time I looked I thought there were only D3D11 and D3D9. Guess I've got extensions I should go implement then.

What do you mean by not spec'd? Vulkan and OpenGL both have standard (KHR and EXT respectively) D3D12 interop extensions, in addition to Vulkan<->GL, Vulkan<->D3D11-and-lower.
