[Mesa-maintainers] new dependency, libunwind

Hi,

While building mesa-git 2 days ago i noticed there is a new dependency 
libunwind and accompanying configure-flag .

A check for libunwind pacakges in my distro (arch linux) showed that 
x86_64 and i686 are present in official repos and in decent shape 
(although not at latest version) .
The multilib lib32-libunwind package however was in bad shape and only 
present in AUR .

It seems reasonable to expect mesa 17.1 will use this flag, i think mesa 
maintainers should check the repos for their distro on presence and 
quality of libunwind packages.
