[Mesa-stable] [PATCH 36/53] st/nine: Fix TEXM3x3 and implement TEXM3x3VSPEC

The fix is that this line:
"src[s] = tx->regs.vT[s];" is wrong if s doesn't start from 0.
Instead access tx->regs.vT directly when needed.
