[Mesa-users] Building Mesa7.8.2 in MinGW

How do you do, Mesa users.
I'm from Japan.

Please help me to build Mesa-7.8.2 on MinGW.

I use MinGW on WindowsXp and Windwos7.
I tried new OpenGL Application.
Its application needs OpenGL1.5, but OpenGL(Mesa) version is 1.3!

So I tried build Mesa 7.8.2.
Although I tired to build Mesa 7.8.2 because ocurred compile errors following command.

>cd Mesa-7.8.2/src/mesa
>mingw32-make -f Makefile.mgw

On building, cannot find include file in Mesa-7.8.2/src/mesa/shader/slang/language/*.h ...

There files generated by Mesa-7.8.2/src/glsl/bin/glspp, but not need up any methods to build glu/glut/gsls,...

I tried ./configure (in Mesa-7.8.2/), but it needs install-sh. Icannot find it.
And, It needs X windows system! MinGW 

Please help me!
