[Mesa-users] glvnd and Optimus

Handled at the kernel level. Nothing to do with libglvnd. At least on
the open source drivers. If KMS with just linux console works with
optimus that means it has to be done in the kernel only. Of course I
have no idea how the Nvidia blob drivers do things.
