[Mesa-users] Python3 Requirement

The 11.2.2 tag compiles fine. However the most recent master commit gives
me an error.
The compilation fails with the following file
src/intel/genxml/gen_pack_header.py .
I must point out that I don't have python3. So, this is a new one. Is an
upgrade  warranted?
