Small libmbim fixes

While undergoing Fedora package review, there were a few
questions/issues with libmbim:
- COPYING has an old FSF address, it's no longer 59 Temple but:
Copyright (C) 1989, 1991 Free Software Foundation, Inc.,
51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02110-1301 USA
Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies
of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
libqmi should probably get patched too, it's got the wrong COPYING.
- README is zero-length, I expect at some point we'll have something to
say here though.
- There were some complaints about lack of manpages for mbimcli and
mbim-network. Whatever, they have very nice help though, so I don't
think this is an issue for now.
- mbim-network apparently is GPLv2 only, but mbimcli is GPLv2+. Is it
intentional that they are different?
