distinguishing between huawei qualcomm and non-qualcomm devices

I have some euristics here - feel free to comment on them!
1 - On non-qualcomm devices, you'll see something like:
RSSI: <n>
While on Qualcomm-based ones you see:
RSSI:<n>
(note the blank spaces)
2 - On non-qualcomm devices, the getportmode call returns something like:
^GETPORTMODE: TYPE: WCDMA: huawei,MDM:0,NDIS:1,DIAG:2,PCUI:3,SD:4
while in other cases you would see a stirng very similar to this but with the 
"qualcomm".
