MM compile Fails: error: unknown type name 'GTestDBus'

I've tried adding qmi libraries but i can't! apt-get constantly comes back
with
E: Unable to locate package libqmi-glib-dev
E: Unable to locate package libqmi-glib0

Am I supposed to add a specific ppa for it?
