ModemManager supports USSD for modems that allow USSD control via the
standard 3GPP TS 27.007 AT commands (eg, +CUSD and others).  It does not
yet support USSD via QMI or MBIM, or modems that have other
non-standard-AT-based mechanisms for USSD.
