Yes, that would be great. I have my suspicions though: Huawei are fond
of AT commands, and they tend to have a few unsolicted commands starting
with ^. 24074 happens to be 0x0a5e in little endian, or LF + ^ if
decoded as ASCII. Just a hunch...
