I don't think, that the radio part is the reason. Because:
the IPv4-ping works without delay
the IPv6-ping works delayed, despite I started it after a working IPv4-ping
Windows 10 doesn't have this problem
other modems don't have this problem (qmi), these modems don't have this
problem in none-mbim-mode. (Linux/Windows 7)
I think it could be something ugly within the firmware or the kernel-driver,
but I am not an expert, just a tester.

PS: What does mean gateway "::"?
with qmi-modems I get there a normal address.
