How to issue an "ifup broadband" when this is logged

More info on these disconects.  It seems that the better the signal and
faster the speed results in faster and more frequent disconects. Around 5
to 10 min.  When the speeds and signal is worse it lasts around 30 to 40
min.  When no data is being transferred it stays up indefinitely.
