It means you can remove that "# error" line, recompile ModemManager,
and you should have correct QMI-over-MBIM support.  And that further
means that ModemManager should attempt to do the SetFCCAuth request
using QMI-over-MBIM, which will hopefully result in a usable modem for
you :)
