ModemManager not displaying e-utran band 28

Hey,

I am running libqmi 1.22.4 and ModemManager 1.8.4.  I want mmcli to display e-utran band 28 in its output because I also want the ability to specify band 28 as an allowed band. 

Qmicli definitely shows band 28 among the supported bands.  I have checked in the ModemManager enums, and it seems to be aware of band 28, but now I’m not quite sure where to look next.  Any suggestions?

Device is a Sierra Wireless EM7565.
