ModemManager not displaying e-utran band 28

> I am running libqmi 1.22.4 and ModemManager 1.8.4.  I want mmcli to display e-utran band 28 in its output because I also want the ability to specify band 28 as an allowed band.

Please try with MM 1.10.x, I believe it was already released there.
