hp-lt4132 'unavailable' in NetworkManager on Debian 10

Hi,

Since migrating from Debian 9 to Debian 10, my hp-lt4132 is 'unavailable' in NetworkManager.

Attached

  1.  ModemManager_2019-08-27_00-43-36.odt -- commands used to enable modem and connect to bearer
  2.  ModemManager_2019-08-27_00-39-18.log -- debug log

P.S.
Also attached Tore Anderson's

  *   /etc/udev/rules.d/cf-hp-lt4132.rules

was necessary in Debian 9 to use the modem; removing it in Debian 10 didn't change the 'unavailable' in NetworkManager.
