ModemManager 1.10 integration in openwrt

Hey Nick, Rick and everyone,

I've pushed a MR to integrate MM 1.10 (including the new key-value output
support) in the openwrt repo:

Nick; it's not really based on the previous work you did. The main change
w.r.t. what you did is that I tried the minimize the amount of mmcli calls
done (e.g. one single mmcli call can retrieve the full list of key-value
fields, and then we can parse that output multiple times).

Comments and tests would be very very very welcome
