Hi Aleksander,

cool that the setup has been useful for your debugging 🙂
I have 4 other Huawei models (3 of them are E352 variants) and an Alcatel. I will test your branch this afternoon with these modems and give you some feedback.

Thanks for the access to your remote setup, that was very helpful.

I've prepared a branch with several changes, including a big
GETPORTMODE logic upgrade:
https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgitlab.freedesktop.org%2Fmobile-broadband%2FModemManager%2F-%2Fmerge_requests%2F335&data=02%7C01%7Clouis-alexis.eyraud%40sigfox.com%7Cbacaf731dae04aa2223b08d83eb39687%7Cfcbc8bb1061e4b949f703ad917b0c8d3%7C0%7C0%7C637328288328929987&sdata=dniU3Yh%2BUKCJc6jOMC02yfRLPI50MX0uWUBpsGzEP2k%3D&reserved=0

This branch should solve the issues you had in the E352, please
confirm. Also, if you can test the branch yourself with additional
Huawei devices, it would be nice (please grab debug logs while doing
so just in case).
